We currently ship locally within Hong Kong only.
Shipping Method
All orders are delivered via SF Express - Hong Kong's most reliable courier service.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT will be processed the same day
- Weekend Orders: Processed on the next business day
Shipping Costs
- Standard Rate: From HK$25 per order
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all areas within Hong Kong, including:
- Hong Kong Island
- Kowloon
- New Territories
- Outlying Islands (may require additional 1 day)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- SF Express tracking number via email
- SMS notifications for delivery updates
- Real-time tracking through SF Express app
Packaging
Your CITY PULSE t-shirts are carefully folded and packaged in protective mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
