🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take? A: We deliver within 1-2 business days via SF Express to all areas in Hong Kong.

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Shipping is starting from HK$25 for all orders within Hong Kong.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we only ship locally within Hong Kong.

Q: When will my order be processed? A: Orders placed before 5:00 PM HKT are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

Q: How do I track my order? A: You'll receive an SF Express tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track it through the SF Express app or website.

Q: What sizes do you offer? A: We offer all standard sizes. Check the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements.

Q: How do your t-shirts fit? A: Our t-shirts have an oversized, comfortable fit. Check the height recommendations on each product page.

Q: What material are your t-shirts made from? A: Our t-shirts are made from premium 320G pre-shrunk cotton blend for comfort and durability.

Q: How should I care for my CITY PULSE t-shirts?A: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Iron inside out to preserve the logo.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and FPS.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order? A: Contact us immediately at jidi251@yahoo.com.hk if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

Q: Do you offer bundle discounts? A: Yes! Our 2 t-shirt bundles offer up to 65% savings compared to buying individually.
